Our Mission
Grassroots Children's Foundation is working to change the cycle of poverty for children in Africa by funding education and training programs to propel kids into financially stable careers in supportive communities.
Our Focus
Our focus is to help children succeed. We care for 85 children in four locations in Uganda; Entebbe, Nansana, Wakiso, and Mbale. The children in our care have guardians who are living in poverty without the means to pay for education.

We provide funding for boarding school (education, food, housing). We promote community and family support by working with the children's guardians to cover a portion of the costs, such as school supplies and clothing. Our local managers in Uganda visit the children regulary to ensure they are receiving proper care, and thriving in school.

Our organization is funded by donations from generous people who want to be a part of something bigger. Our board of directors volunteer their time and talent to help these children succeed.

EMPOWERING WOMEN
Shaping a brighter future for young women, empowering them with resources for health and hygiene, safety training, and role models to avoid abuse and neglect.
EDUCATION
Our children are enrolled in boarding school, with the goal of graduating with an education to support their future.
